Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 255, is known as Ayat al-Kursi. It
is one of the most famous verses of the Holy Quran. The entire verse describes
the oneness, majesty, and attributes of Allah, which is why Allah has placed
many virtues within it. Reciting it earns countless blessings. It was narrated
by Hazrat Abu Umamah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Whoever
recites Ayat al-Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing will prevent him
from entering Paradise except death." Hazrat Abu Zar Jundub ibn Janadah
(RA) asked the Messenger of Allah (SAW), "O Messenger of Allah! Which verse
has been revealed to you with the greatest honor?" The Messenger (SAW)
